A wonderful experiencial cooking vacation in Tuscany, Italy.

This one week cooking vacation was filled with beauty, wonderful people, delicious food and drink, and much learning. Franco (our teaching chef) is amazing. He taught us how to be better cooks and did so with enthusiasm and good humor. The support staff was helpful and friendly. The villa is lovely. During free time we could swim, walk, use the hot tub, sauna, steam room, or sit by the pool or gardens and relax.

Room Tip: All rooms were comfortable with lovely views. There is no air conditioning but that was not a probl...
