Cooking in Tuscany has been in my to-do list for many years. I finally decided to book this trip and I could not be happier!! It was an absolutely amazing trip that has surpassed any vacation I have taken before. I fell in love with this Villa, with Tuscany and most of all with all of the wonderful people that surrounded me this week. I've made so many new friends and created so many wonderful memories. Bellorcia will forever hold a place in my heart! Thank you to Chef Laura Giusti and Katya for arranging everything to make this trip so great. To anyone contemplating coming on this trip... please do it! You will not regret it. I know I could not be happier!!
