For anyone who loves food, beautiful surroundings and wonderful people, a Casa Ombuto cooking vacation is the perfect choice.
Even if you are not an experienced cook, you will love cooking at the casa. I have just returned from a week and Chef Laura and the entire staff made everything so simple for us. Everything from the environment to the staff to the setting is designed to immerse you in all that is wonderful about Tuscany.
The villa itself is magnificent, the accomodations wonderful and perhaps the best things I can say are I never wanted to leave, and I am inspired to step outside my comfort zone and create wonderful, simple and amazing dishes for family and friends. Just Do It!
