“Cooking In Paradise”

When I searched for Italian cooking schools on the web, something about this one stood out. The pictures showed villas in Tuscany and students having a lot of fun with the instructors - which is what you want on a vacation, even if you do want to learn something. Casa Ombuto is an amazing villa tucked away in the Tuscan hills, cozy and luxurious at the same time, and the views are breathtaking. We were told to make it our home for the week, and that's how it felt.

The cooking lessons were so much fun, thanks to Paola, our chef. We learned to make a wide range of Tuscan dishes, which we enjoyed eating every evening for dinner. I brought home a wonderful cookbook with great recipes and even better memories,

Thanks to the entire staff at Casa Ombuto for making this the vacation of a lifetime!
