A week was barely enough time to savor and enjoy the immense offerings at this Tuscan cooking school. The accommodations were spectacular, amenities without end, food to die for - especially as I helped in the cooking :) The people were warm and welcoming, the chef and teacher Franco and his assistant Paula were knowledgable and taught us lots of great tips and techniques to bring home to our own kitchens. I would do this again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend doing this with a group of family or friends, as we did. It is the most amazing way to spend quality bonding time with people you love. Do it!
