“Fantastic cooking holiday

My daughter and I have just returned from a fabulous week at Casa Ombuto. It's in a beautiful location and the villas are gorgeous with great attention to detail. The chef Paola is TERRIFIC and great fun . It was a great experience . We did lots of cooking and learned many techniques but there was plenty of time off too. The day out was interesting and thoughtfully organised. Nearby Poppi is a lovely medieval walled town and easy to visit. You do really need to have a car to travel out. I would very much recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking and Italy.
