I learned so many things about cooking when I attended this course. Even though I consider myself a fairly good cook, the recipes we made under the tutelage of Paola, were outstanding. The camaraderie in the kitchen made for an unforgettable week! Great wine, great new friends, fantastic scenery, wonderful offsite excursion and the right balance of cooking and relaxing. I loved it!
