Incredible experience!! The setting is beautiful, the view is magnificent and the food is outstanding!!! We LOVED Paola!!! She is entertaining, caring, and at times hilarious!

Paola is a magnificent chef and pays attention to every detail! She shares her passion for cooking, offers wonderful cooking tips and suggests many creative substitutions for her dishes!

The meals we prepared were so delicious we preferred to eat leftovers than go out for dinner on our day off!!

Our group got along famously! I've never laughed so much as I had that week!! So much fun and laughter, we are planning a reunion in 2018!!!
