The location is secluded and quiet. The buildings are renovated, but retain the old charm.
The staff, from the Chef/Teacher on were excellent. They wanted you to feel 'at home' and we had use of all the facility at any time (food, coffee, wine, etc.)
Beautiful kitchen. The classes were lively, with the 12 of us busy.
The pictures on the website do not do it justice! It's a beautiful place!
They suggest that you rent a car since it is so remote and taxies are 25 min. away. We did, and we were glad we did! We could tour some towns nearby on our mornings off.
