Wow! To echo sentiments of my classmate below, my week at Tuscookany was beyond extraordinary. I had researched quite a bit and read the consistently strong reviews. As a solo traveler, I was a little trepidatious but looking forward to bonding over a shared love of cooking. And bond we did! We had an amazing group of individuals from all over the world, coming together each afternoon to prepare an elaborate, multi-course, professional-grade meal. None of this would have been possible without the expert, loving leadership of Chef Paola. She takes tremendous care to know each of us as individuals so she can guide us as a team. She is a true inspiration.

The program itself is so well-organized, in part due to the wonderful villa and kitchen staff. The villa is stunning and the perfect place to relax after hours of cooking...and eating :) I am weary of calling this a trip-of-a-lifetime, since I plan on returning in the next several years. Thank you for providing me with a remarkable and unique holiday experience!
