For a recent "big" birthday my husband sent me to cooking school in Tuscany.
Thru Google I located several cooking schools and happened upon Tuscookany. It was really difficult to know what you would be getting, but the site provided photos and seemed to be what I was looking for. The photos did not give justice to Casa Ombuto. It was truly spectacular, clean , well appointed and more beautiful than you can imagine. It is a very relaxing vacation and yet, if you have a passion for cooking, you will enjoy the cooking lessons that are actually challenging. We had Chef Laura who was wonderful, professional and talented. The excursions were informative and fun. I would strongly recommend this venue and look forward to the day I will return.
