“Tuscookany and Casa Ombuto are the dream cooking vacation”

My mum and I had the most amazing week with Paola and everyone at Casa Ombuto! Not only were we lucky enough to be there with a great group of people, the location and atmosphere was second to none. Paolo is a top class chef and person, who entertained us for hours when we weren't in the kitchen. The amenities are fantastic - a pool, lovely rooms, a spacious and easy kitchen, beautiful landscape - and, beyond being relaxing, we've surprised ourselves with how much we were able to learn about cooking in such a short space of time. Needless to say, the food was excellent - a must for anyone wanting an invigorating experience.
