Unbelievable is the word to describe my week at cooking school at Bellorcia. From the moment my girlfriend and I drove up to the Villa, the warm and inviting welcome from Sheenah (The Guest Relations Manager) made you feel like you were coming home.
The Villa was magnificent with views from every room. When you meet Head Chef Laura Guisti, you know there is something "special" about her. Her passion for cooking becomes contagious.
The people you meet arrive as strangers and leave as friends.
I will definitely be back!
