“Unforgettable cooking course!"

I've recently returned from the most amazing holiday of a lifetime. I attended the Mediterranean cooking course with Chef Laura Giusti and can only describe it as heavenly. The Villa is picture postcard perfect, everything was better than I could ever have imagined, even nicer than the photos if that's possible! The cooking was so much fun. The food was delicious, the wine was delicious and all in abundance. Laura is an amazing teacher, so kind, patient and extremely talented. I made some wonderful new friends, even in our spare time we wanted to hang out together. Our last evening turned into a very memorable night, we laughed, we danced & we sang our lungs out!
