Itinerary Three day Italian Cooking in Tuscany

The Three Day Italian Cooking in Tuscany gives you the opportunity to join our Cooking classes in Italy for two cooking lesson plus a full day culinary excursion. You can incorporate it into your own travel plans during your holiday in Italy and still enjoy a true Italian Cooking in Tuscany at an astonishing Tuscan villa.

Monday to Thursday Italian Cooking Classes

Monday
  • Free transfer from Arezzo train station.
  • Check-in at Torre del Tartufo from 11:00 am onwards, in time for lunch at 13:00
  • Welcoming lunch
    Introduction given by Franco Palandra at Torre del Tartufo and a chance to get to know each other.
  • Tuscany Cooking lesson – starts at 15:00
  • Dinner

Tuesday
  • Breakfast
  • Morning free to do some sightseeing in the area or to relax and enjoy the villa

Wednesday

    Departure excursion

During the Three Day Italian cookery course at Torre del Tartufo you will be taken on a full-day culinary excursion with a professional guide who speaks English fluently and will guide you to the source of Tuscan culinary specialties.

The excursion will take you to the ancient medieval village of Anghiari to pay a visit to a textile factory.  You will get the opportunity to explore the village through some sightseeing and a walk through the open air market.  You will visit an olive oil mill, complete with olive oil tasting and lunch, after which you will make your way to a sheep and goat farm that makes fragrant pecorino cheese.  The day will culminate with a wine tasting and light informal dinner at Torre del Tartufo.

You will get the opportunity to explore the charming town of Arezzo for some shopping and sightseeing, pay a visit to a wine estate for a wine tasting and make your way to Anghiari by driving through the breathtaking Tuscan countryside to an olive oil mill complete with olive oil tasting and lunch.  You will pay a visit to a sheep and goat farm that makes fragrant pecorino cheese and go back to Casa Ombuto after an exciting, fun-filled day to have a light, informal dinner at the villa.
